This lake has a reputation for one species, hence it’s name. The second biggest lake on the complex with an island that forms a useful feature to cast to. Quite a high density of common carp in this lake, and a very high number of 30lb+ fish now. Can also be a heartbreak water, some weeks you can’t fail to catch, other weeks it just switches off. Moody is the word. A lovely lake to fish.
