How to find Bainton Fisheries

Bainton Fisheries is located 5 minutes from the A1. It is 3 miles Northwest of Peterborough and 4 miles East of Stamford.

The entrance to Bainton Fisheries is via a locked gate that only members have access to, the entrance is marked by clearly visable sign alongside the site gate. The site is private land and should only be accessed with permission and the entrance gate should not be blocked by parked vehicles.

If you are travelling from the South on the B1143, there are NO ENTRY signs, the first set of NO ENTRY signs have an exemption to them if you are attending Bainton Fisheries.  The Police on occasion do stop motorists driving through the NO ENTRY signs, you can show them a copy of the exemption order which can be found here.  Do not go through the NO ENTRY signs beyond the fishery entrance along Kings Street to the North as you will be contravening the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
